As a Construction Manager, we partner with our clients at the inception stage of the project, to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project. Our first goal in this role is to provide the owner a building that both meets their functional needs and is also financially viable. 

During the construction phase, our project manager and field superintendent provide on-site representation of the owner's interests. By working closely with the contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, Empire is able to keep construction on schedule and on budget.
