Primrose retirement community

This project consisted of a new construction of an up scale retirement community in Newburgh, Indiana. The community spans thirteen acres, and took thirteen months from foundations to completion. The community consists of a two story 98,000 SF Main Building, which has forty Assisted Living units and thirty-six Independent Living Units, a 24,912 SF twenty-four unit Memory Care Facility, and five duplex Villa Apartment buildings.
Empire Contractors has completed construction and the doors are now open at Primrose Retirement's newest community located in Newburgh, Indiana. Spanning 13 acres, the 110 unit community includes on assisted and independent living building, a memory care facility, and five villas for a combined 136,943 square feet under roof.
