The Oakland City University Dorms Are Now Completed!
Empire Contractors is proud to have been apart of such a great advancement for the city of Oakland City and Oakland City University. This project was funded by Oakland City University, along with the Regional Cities Initiative sponsored by the United States Department of Agriculture. The intent of the new dorm addition is to bring in more students as well as revenue for the city and university. The new dorms will house 92 students. There are two retail spaces to be rented within this building that are a total of 1,500 sqft of space.
